Feast of Ramadan: TWIF News Joins Senior Reporter

Workers of TWIF News have joined their colleague, Njodzeka Danhatu to celebrate this year’s feast of Ramadan.

The celebrations were held at TWIF News’ headquarters in Malingo, Molyko Buea.

“This is one of the rearest celebrations here at the headquarters, ” says the platform’s Board Chair, Mr. Wanka’a Regis Che.

Mr. Wanka’a Regis Che also called for religious tolerance in his establishment, and urged his staff to respect the principle of diversity in the organisation.

“I want to thank the TWIF News organisation for allowing this event to be held at the headquarters,” TWIF News’ Chief political Reporter II, Njodzeka Danhatu intimated.

He equally said the fasting period which he observed rigorously was a period of special cleansing, and that he now feels born again.

The Feast of Ramadan is celebrated in Cameroon 24 hours after a majority of Islamic states had commemorated the event.

The late celebration in Cameroon came with heavy consequences, as many students taking public exams missed Tuesday’s session.
