Honourable Jean Michel Nintcheu has castigated Cameroon’s Minister of Territorial Administration for saying on France 24 Television Channel that President Paul Biya is ready to hold a dialogue to resolve the Anglophone armed conflict, but not on the form of State.

The Social Democratic Front (SDF) Party chairman for the Littoral region intimated that Minister Paul Atanga Nji grossly disrespected Prime Minister Chief Dr. Joseph Dion Ngute who declared during his peace mission to the two crisis ravaged regions recently that the Head of State was ready to dialogue on any terms except Separation, and not the form of state.

According to the Parliamentarian, Mr. Atanga Nji should resign immediately for such utterances, coupled with the fact that the Territorial Administration boss was “one of the main vectors of the crisis.”

In 2016, Paul Atanga Nji said the President of the Republic had always give preferential treatments to Anglophone Cameroonians, and denied that there was any Anglophone problem.

Despite rejecting what many consider as poor treatment of the minority English speaking citizens, Mr. Atanga Nji was appointed Territorial Administration Minister and was later mandated to manage FCFA 12.7 Billion put as Humanitarian Aid for Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs).
